• System for Providing Information on Import Seaborne Shipments

  We issue IDs and passwords upon receiving applications for use from customers so that they can view our data on our website. Then, they can inquire on the Internet about information of cargo status for import shipments (e.g. whether or not they have cleared customs inspections and whether or not they have delivered). By designating dates on which vessels arrive at ports, they can access the said cargo information listed under B/L numbers.

• Cargo‐track and trace system

  We provide tracking information of cargo status on non-vessel-operating common carrier (NVOCC) cargo on our Web site.

• Export motor vehicle loading information system

  To customers who use our motor vehicle export service, this system uploads onto the Internet photographs of motor vehicles taken when delivered to our yards and transmits detailed information on when and where they are stored, when they clear customs inspections and when they are loaded into ships. We also send e-mail messages to customers regarding information on when their vehicles are delivered to our yards and when they are loaded to ships. Customers can download data and images from our Web site once they receive an ID and a password.
