Truck yards that are as deep as 32 meters function as eaves for lower floors, enabling workers there to carry out activities in the rain, while outside illuminations are designed to work round the clock.
The rooftop parking can accommodate 72 passenger cars, into which car carriers can directly bring in motor vehicles.
The warehousing space has fixed-temperature facilities and space for distribution processing in addition to regular warehouses.
With computer-based location management and huge space that can be 27 meters wide at most, the Daikoku Wharf Distribution Center is expected to fully satisfy user demand.
