In this service, we support our customers extensively, storing and inspecting a small volume of various products; picking them promptly; wrapping and sorting them; and delivering them as well as even collecting service charges. It is our Yokohama product center that plays a central role in the service. From this center, we deliver products to customers across Japan. We also support the OK Parcel Service from both the hardware and software aspects, including warehouse management systems (WMS), automatic picking systems with material-handling equipment as well as online and Internet-based cargo tracking systems.
