System for Providing Information on Inventories at Warehouses in Japan |
| |
We issue IDs and passwords upon receiving applications for use from customers so that they can view our data with them.
Then, they can inquire on the Internet about the volume of their respective inventories and shipping records.
Instead of asking these questions by phone as they did previously, they can obtain information on inventory volumes and delivery records at all of our centers from anywhere as long as they have access to the Internet.
[Function to allow customers to gain inventory information]
ECustomers can inquire about the inventory of their products that we handle at all of our facilities in an integrated fashion.
EInventory information (e.g. numbers, odd lots, weight) can be gained by cargo number, product name code, the number of items in stock, date on which shipments are delivered to and from our warehouses and so on.
[Function to allow customers to gain information on shipping records]
ECustomers can obtain delivery information (e.g. numbers, parties to and from products are delivered) on the products that they inquire about.

| |
We develop EDI systems to incorporate into our system information on instructions that customers give in their warehousing work to deliver cargoes into and out of warehouses.
Under the systems, information on planned and fixed cargo delivery schedules as well as inventories can be sent and received on a real-time basis so that customers can make their paperwork faster and more efficient.
